Bartlesville Area History Museum Presents “Solar Eclipse Watch”

April 8 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Each season brings something new to the Bartlesville Area History Museum. This spring, BAHM is proud to present “Solar Eclipse Watch!” The northeast corner of the City Hall makes an excellent location to observe the partial solar eclipse! Join us April 8th, 11:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m., for astronomic stellar viewing! Registered guests will be given a pair of Solar Eclipse glasses, safe for direct solar viewing and following the viewing you and your little moonwalker will be given tours through BAHM’s main and temporary exhibits. Hosted by our BAHM Education Coordinator, Denise Nowlin, this event is geared toward all age groups with cosmonaut themed refreshments and the opportunity to discover Washington County’s legendry history. Spots and supplies are limited so call and reserve your spot today! The Museum is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed on weekends and holidays) at 401 S. Johnstone Avenue, 5th Floor. Museum admission is free, but donations are always welcome. If you have questions, you may reach Bartlesville Area History Museum staff at (918) 338-4290 or history@cityofbartlesville.org.
